Bajaj Processors is the flagship textile manufacturing and processing unit of the Bajaj Group of Industries, one of Gujarat’s earliest industrial houses in textiles. Founded by Mr. Punamchand Bajaj, the Group began as a trading firm in 1957 and entered manufacturing in 1980 with the establishment of Bajaj Processors. Today, the company operates a fully integrated process house equipped for bleaching, dyeing, printing, and finishing of woven and knitted fabrics. Our product range covers shirting, suiting, denims, home textiles, dress materials, and apparel fabrics for both domestic and international markets. With a production capacity of approximately 40 million meters annually, we focus on delivering process-stable, color-consistent, and garment-ready fabrics that enable efficient downstream manufacturing.

Our Journey
The Bajaj Group began as a textile trading company in 1957 and entered manufacturing in 1980 with Bajaj Processors to gain direct control over fabric quality and supply reliability. Over the decades, strategic investments were made in continuous dyeing, mercerizing, printing technologies, digital shade matching, and finishing lines to remove variability and increase throughput. The addition of an effluent treatment system and controlled chemical processes ensured compliance with evolving environmental and global quality requirements.
Today, Bajaj Processors continues to evolve, but the founding principle remains unchanged: produce fabric that the customer can reorder with confidence, without rechecking.
